Business Writing Basics

Course Description: Do you often feel that you’ve sent out your documents before your writing is polished? Do your e-mails meet professional standards? Business Writing Basics will cover common grammatical errors (and clear up generally accepted misconceptions), the first two steps of writing (prewriting and outlining), and e-mail etiquette. Your writing will improve immediately as you learn difficult grammar rules, how to begin any piece of writing, and how to write and format clear, professional e-mails.
