Course Description: This course offers the opportunity to develop your ability to be heard on processes, policies, and outcomes even when you are not in a position of power. We will discover the difference between positional and personal power and come to understand what may be hindering our personal power. We will learn how to find sources of alliance, avoid self-sabotage, and assess the values of an organization.
