Course Description: With four distinct generations working side-by-side in the workplace, managers and organizations are facing a new set of challenges. This course will introduce the values, attitudes and opinions that drive each of these groups and will provide guidance on how to help a multi-generational workforce work together to leverage their differences into increased productivity.
