Choosing Balance and Leadership

Course Description: Participants will explore the perceived dichotomy between balance and leadership and discover how choices that contribute to balance can lead to more effective leadership. During the course, participants will learn and practice techniques for values clarification, goal-setting, decision-making, stress management, and re-fueling as they create personal action plans for the future.
