Intro to Organizational Behavior

Course Description: Why do people do the things they do when working together? This course provides a practical toolset and cookbook for understanding what happens when people work together - and what you can do to make it better or worse. Topics include how to talk about behavior in a productive way, the idea of needs and getting them fixed, and how technology can change organizations in unpredictable ways.
