Course Description: This course will review effective communication, establishing a shared understanding of needs and expectations, gaining commitment and increased motivation, and building trust and gaining respect. You will spend the first day watching a cowboy work with horses at an area ranch. On the second day, you will assess and analyze what you observed and consider how to apply this to your own lives.
