Making the Transition to the Supervisory Role

Course Description: This course focuses on the unique challenges of the manager in the middle, specifically the role of the front-line leader. Statistics show that most supervisors are ill-prepared for the responsibilities and demands of these strategic leadership positions. This course corrects that by providing the fundamental understandings and practices essential to supervisory success.
