Course Description: Performance reviews can be powerful tools for providing feedback, clarifying expectations, establishing goals, and supporting employee development. In this course participants will learn the ins and outs of writing and delivering reviews that improve performance and strengthen relationships. We will explore ways supervisors can better manage performance and support employee development all year.
