Corrective Counseling and Terminations

Course Description: How do you tell an employee they are not doing their job correctly? This course will help managers understand when they may need to provide corrective counseling, when termination may be appropriate, and the need for clear and consistent policies related to both. We will discuss verbal and written warnings, and learn the importance of preparing for a termination, while making sure it is legal.
