A Course in Consciousness

Course Description: What is the nature of reality? What are we? This course is an inquiry into reality and our true nature. It is based on the conclusions of quantum theory and the teachings of Advaita (also known as nonduality, or the teaching that Consciousness is all there is) and Buddhism. These are not ideologies but are invitations to explore what is real and what is not. We shall use the age-old practice of inquiry in order to reach our own answers directly. Hence, this will be a course in seeing, not in believing and we will avoid ideology and religion. By the end, through our discussions and practices, we will have made fundamental discoveries about reality and how we might realize true peace.
